I took my health in my own hands a few years ago and have since followed a more holistic approach in my wellness and wellbeing. I am definitely not perfect. I believe in indulging and enjoying life, in a healthy way of course, and I would like to show people how to do that.
I am currently following my passion for holistic health at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition and I’m loving every single minute of it. I want to share my knowledge with people and help them achieve optimal health the most natural way possible.
